I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Prova’s outstanding customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store and took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between each option. She was very informative, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, Prova carefully listened to what I was looking for and guided me toward the right choice. Her professionalism, expertise, and positive attitude truly stood out. Her coworkers were also very helpful and worked together to make the entire experience smooth and efficient. Because of their teamwork and Prova’s dedication, I was able to confidently choose the perfect bed. I highly recommend this location — and especially Prova — for exceptional customer service!

TJ was excellent!!!!! Super knowledgeable, patient,kind , very helpful and honest and helped me and my daughter pick a mattress that fit our needs. He was very kind and goes above and beyond. Emily was the sleep expert that assisted my wife and I as we were looking for a new mattress to better fit our needs. She took the time to explain all the offerings, pros and cons, and the price points. Overall, the experience was 5 stars and we ended up buying a new mattress. I had an excellent experience purchasing my new mattress. My salesperson, Emily, was nothing short of phenomenal! She was truly an advocate. Advising me not necessarily what was best for her; instead she put herself in my shoes, working based on my budget, my preferences, and truly listened to my concerns. She was gracious with her time and honest with her assessment of the mattresses. Very grateful for her assistance. I also was able to take advantage of a great President’s Day sale price!
