My wife and I visited the Mattress Firm in Sterling, Virginia, after a family friend recommended it, and we had a great experience thanks to Chris. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained the different mattress options in a way that was easy to understand. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress instead of just making a sale. We really appreciated his patience and the time he spent answering all of our questions. Thanks to his advice, we felt confident choosing our first Tempur-Pedic mattress. If you're shopping for a new mattress, I definitely recommend asking for Chris. Great customer service like his is hard to find, and he made the whole process easy, informative, and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Craig was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while assisting me in finding the perfect mattress for my needs. He didn’t pressure me into buying a more expensive brand but was more focused on what worked best for me! His coworker Chris was also helpful- a very friendly team - I would highly recommended them if you are looking to buy a mattress!!

Craig was a great salesman. No pushy approach. Greeted us as soon as we walked in, asked how we sleep, and then took us to the section of beds that were recommended for side sleepers. He let us try various mattresses out, no pressure. It was great. We love our new mattress ! I dont wake up with back pain and my hips hurts less as well.
