I recently had a fantastic experience at Ashley Store, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff, especially Mohamed, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent guidance throughout my shopping journey. The selection of furniture was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Mohamed's readiness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're in the market for quality furniture and great customer service, Ashley Store is the place to go!

After walking in the store, within the first 2 minutes of scanning the store to find the power recline sofa section, Joanna saw I needed assistance and came to my rescue. She asked me what I was looking for with a few brief questions and then laid out the sales floor for me so I could have a few minutes to try out the different sofas. I was really interested in the one she had pointed out to me when I said I was looking for a firm, supportive sofa. When she noticed me having difficulty attempting to access the fold out tray, she hurried over to show me how and all the features I had not found. SOLD! On top of being so helpful finding my sofa, our birthdays are three days apart coming up next week. Wonderful salesperson, fantastic conversationalist, and one of the best purchasing expericences I've had EVER!😊

Her outstanding service, expertise, and genuine care made this one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Zero stars if possible WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I would never recommend this anyone else unless you want your delivery outside the frame they gave. 0 customer service the manager by the name of Abdullah S clearly didn’t want to help and started getting frustrated because of our 0 satisfaction. He had the audacity to tell me that once we sign the contracts he doesn’t care about the customers and had 0 issues using swear words towards my family. Stay away there’s many better furniture stores

Amazing experience! I recently bought furniture here and John helped me through the whole process. He was extremely friendly, professional, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect pieces for my home, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding and you can tell he truly cares about customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend asking for John if you visit!
