Mattress Firm Preston Corners

My husband and I were shopping for new mattresses and had already decided we wanted an a split adjustable bed where we could both have our own settings. Mattress Firm had a great selection of brands and mattresses to try-out at their showroom. This gave us a chance to compare and contrast all the features and differences. I thought we would shop at more places....but they had everything we wanted at good prices. Dereck was great to work with and made the process easy. Our bed was delivered the very next day and that went great also. The delivery team was on time, put everything together, and explained how to use it, and then cleaned up all the packaging.

We were 100% in the market for a new mattress and decided to go and see what were the best offers. Jay was thoughtful, helpful and funny. He was knowledgeable and patient with us when we didn’t know everything. I appreciate him for taking the time and helping us. It was an amazing experience

I ordered and had delivered a new Sealy Posturepedic Elite mattress and an adjustable base for a total cost of $4057. During the installation the delivery team left a grease stain on my brand new carpet that was installed the prior week. We were able to clean it ourselves. I've used this company for my mattress purchases in the past and this is the second time this company has done damage to my flooring during their delivery. The last time, rather than lifting the old mattress going down my circular stairs, they slid the old mattress across my hardwood threshold and scrapped off the finish (see attached photo). Never again.

Just had the Best experience with a top notch sales associate.. shout out to JAY store manager for the time, experience and knowledge to get me the best purple bed ... A Return customer on PURPLE beds.. a good night's sleep is priceless, waking up without aches and pains.. JAY took time to answer all questions, and I believe he truely listened to give me the individual "needs" bed. Go by and see JAY..u definitely won't regret the experience and great sleep
