Purple - Stonebriar Centre

My husband and I stopped by the Purple store last week, and we had an amazing experience! Riyaz helped us and took the time to explain all the benefits of the different pillows and mattresses without making us feel pressured. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so funny, it made the whole experience enjoyable! We ended up purchasing the Harmony pillows, and we absolutely love them. When we’re ready to buy a new mattress, we’ll definitely be coming back to work with Riyaz. If you’re considering Purple products, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for him.

The customer service at the store was fantastic but the reason for two star is the poor customer service with the delivery. The guy on the phone was not properly trained, was short and rude and not to mention the bed delivery availability is almost a whole month later after purchase smh. I this close too canceling this order and ordering back at mattress firm. Note: adjustable bed frame box looks damaged.

Fantastic experience at the Purple store! From the moment we walked in, everything was relaxed and pressure-free. We were able to try all the different mattress models we were considering at our own pace, and our salesperson was truly wonderful—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made the experience flawless. Our mattress and pillows arrived very quickly, and the entire process was seamless. The store is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this location!

The employees were extremely rude and seemed to be judgmental. I did not stay in the store for longer than a minute because the female employee was being rude to my friend. All we wanted to do was look at the mattresses that he had seen online and was interested in and we were met with hostility

Izzy was amazing and was able to answer all questions we had along with letting us test out the beds and necessities, most definitely will be coming back.
