Mattress Firm Dale City

I and my family members have being buying mattresses all the time from Firm Mattress Company. This time we bought one mattress and exchanged another one from Dale city store. The staff are professional and courteous and very helpful. Krys was exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly, smiley, patient and polite. She greets you when you enter the store as she knows you a long time. During my trips there, I have been educated well with mattresses choices and what I needed most to my desire and sleeping issues. I am very satisfied and happy overall and thank you.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked how they could help. Donna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to us and answered all the questions we had. She very quickly narrowed down our search and told us what she would recommend for our needs. We did not feel pressured, she gave us time to discuss and look around alone. They have some great deals and great financing options! 10/10 recommend!

Donna was absolutely amazing she was very knowledgeable and everything she was saying and showing I love her That’s the kind of customer service I like she’s very attentive.
