I purchased my “dream” mattress from Snooze and it was, by far, the best experience ever. Jody was a God send! She answered all questions and concerns and made the purchase flawless and I have a really bad back (including 3 back surgeries) but after sleeping on my new Temperpedic mattress for the first night, I had almost no pain the next morning when I got out of bed and all through the day. I told Jody what I was looking for and she directed me to the mattress that I needed. I would definitely recommend them when you are shopping for that perfect mattress.

I recently bought a mattress from this company, which was my third. The people at this store go above and beyond to help you and are genuinely kind. I drove an hour to buy from them, and I would do it again if I needed another one. Jody and her staff are truly the most professional and helpful people you could ask for when buying a product. The whole experience from shopping and ordering our mattress to the delivery and removal of our old mattress placement of our new one was seamless. Jody was very helpful in the store and made recommendations that has definitely improved our sleep. I highly recommend shopping at snooze if you are in need of a new mattress. Oh, we also got sheets for the mattress that are fabulous.

Jody is a breath of fresh air. She was extremely knowledgeable in the different mattresses I was looking at and the bases. If you want five star service before AND after I suggest you go there for that.
