I had another amazing experience at Mattress Firm thanks to George! This is my second time purchasing from him, and once again he went above and beyond to make the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.
George is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right products instead of just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain different options, and make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase decision. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stand out.
What impressed me most is the consistency in his customer service. Coming back for a second purchase and receiving the same outstanding experience says a lot about his dedication and work ethic. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and truly personable.

If you are in the market for a new bed, you won’t be disappointed at this location. We were greeted warmly by George and he asked us a couple questions and showed us a few beds to check out. He didn't hover over us like some do and gave us time to browse on our own but nearby when we had questions. The store has top brands, quality merchandise. George is very knowledgeable about all of their products. He is very helpful and we felt comfortable with him. He has worked for the company for a while and I felt that he genuinely believes in what he's selling. He got my number and said I could reach out to him with any questions. A few days later I ended up texting him and asking several questions all of which he kindly answered. We did return and purchased a bed, adjustable base, and furniture- bed frame and headboard, which they have many styles online. The furniture was delivered by FedEx and that was a fiasco, they delivered to the wrong house, their fault. The furniture is good quality and looked as pictured online. The guys that delivered the bed and base were wonderful- professional and helpful, showing us how the adjustable base worked. They arrived promptly at the allotted time. The store is located on Eastern and Silverado Ranch, next to Target with plenty of parking. If you are in the market for a new bed, I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location, and especially George, he goes above and beyond with excellent customer service!

George was very knowledgeable about each bed and provided me with detailed info, keeping in mind what I was looking for. Wasn’t pushy and really listened. He made the process very easy.
