Zach Harrell was very helpful with my new purchase! Most importantly, he was respectful of the budget range I had when i walked in and was very informative about the product types that would meet my needs and wants. After making an initial selection, I actually upgraded myself to something at the upper end of what i was willing to spend and really appreciated the 'no pressure' space i was given to come to that decision on my own. The store got surprisingly busy while i was there, Zach handled every customer with care and finesse. I left feeling very happy and confident about my selection and am very much looking forward to a great nights sleep on friday when my new mattress arrives.

We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm! Chris from corporate helped us, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process stress-free. We ended up going with a Purple mattress and an adjustable base, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the choice. To top it off, the delivery drivers were very courteous and efficient. Recently I worked with Ben who helped me with a particular situation and I ended up with the mattress of my dreams!! Ben was so knowledgeable, confident and easy to talk to and work with. Steven was my sales associate, and he was great. I went in looking for a mattress for my parents, and he took the time to ask them what they liked and disliked about their current mattress. He was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was talking about. Thanks to his excellent product knowledge, he recommended a mattress that was exactly what my parents were looking for. Chris was also excellent and provided outstanding service. We had just come from Walker Furniture, where the service was disappointing, so the experience here was a huge difference.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Chris Bolin. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel completely comfortable with no pressure, no rushing, just genuine care and attention. He spent hours with us, patiently walking through every detail and making sure we understood all our options. It was clear he truly wanted us to make the right decision, not just a quick sale.
