I had such a great experience working with Howard at Mattress Firm! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress, not just making a sale. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our sleep habits, comfort preferences, and budget, and he explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was how patient and low-pressure he was. He made sure we felt confident in our decision and never rushed us. His professionalism and customer service truly stood out.

While at mattress firm I worked with Chijioke who was a great help. He walked me through all the different mattress types and styles and helped me get a great deal. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I did not come in intending to buy a mattress that day but the deal was great and I could not refuse. Today was my 2nd visit to Mattress Firm. The store is very clean and I’m always greeted with a smile. The store manager, Howard explained in detail about the types of mattress I needed to alleviate my back pain and what works best for side sleepers. All my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend shopping at Mattress Firm, when in need of a good Mattress.

Howard was very informative and helpful in finding us the perfect mattress for our first apartment. He was supportive in me and my partner having differing opinions on mattress quality.
