Ms. Vivian was completely the best salesperson. Let us try the bed help us select the bed that was perfect, for how a person lays to sleep at night. My sister is the recipient an is in love with her new mattress & also received a free bed protector to help against the accidental slips of food or drinks. My sister even states she woke up with less pain in here knee that's injured. Ms. Vivian at Donnel Dr in Forestville, MD I'm giving her 10 stars i will be back soon to purchase my new mattress for myself with her only.
View on GoogleTook the time to go visit Mattress Firm over in Forestville. Called before going and spoke with Emmanuel. When we arrived he started helping us right away. So glad we dealt with him because he is so knowledgeable about the products. He helped us pick out the perfect mattresses for the family. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for the expertise in the salesman as well as the perfect mattress(s). He set up our delivery and the disposal of the old mattresses. Hopefully there will not be a problem with it. Thank you Emmauel.
View on GoogleMy mattresses were delivered on time. However, these are listed as pre-owned and I’m very upset. I would never buy a pre-owned mattress as you don’t know the cleanliness of the previous owner. My plan is to return the mattresses.
View on GoogleEmanuel was very thorough in explaining the types of mattresses and bed frames. He made it easy for me to choose the right bed and frame. Outstanding customer service, not pushy nor forceful. I appreciate that. Thanks Emanuel.
View on GoogleI felt that Ms. Vivian ( sales agent) was fair, direct, and knowledgeable about the product purchased. I would recommend to friends and family in the future.
