My experience was awesome! Working with Kate to select my new mattress was a wonderful opportunity. She was knowledgeable, patient and gave me good insights. Most importantly, she was not pushy. I felt she was helping me make the right choice for me, rather than just trying to make a sale. Everything from purchase to delivery was thoroughly explained. I had actually gone to another Clinton mattress store prior, but chose Mattress Firm because I was comfortable with Kate.

I had the most pleasant and most helpful service representative named Kate. She took the time to help me make the best decision for my purchase on a mattress. She explained the differences between the mattresses and she really cared about I needed in a good mattress. Thank you Kate! And my back thanks you too lol.

We have not bought a mattress for over twenty-five years, fortunately Mr. Isaac was on duty to help us. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional, answered all our questions, educated and advised us to make informed decisions and gave us wonderful prices we couldn’t pass. I had been in the shopping center of this location earlier in the week and thought that when I have time, I need to look into getting a new mattress. I needed a more firm and cooling mattress. In the same week, I received from the mail a postcard from Mattress Warehouse for 10% off and free setup. It was confirmation for me that it was time and I decided to go on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I had my gps on for Mattress Warehouse; however, I ignored it and went back into the shopping center that I had been in earlier in the week to this location, Mattress Firm. I believe that it was God’s plan as I’ve witnessed the best salesperson in my life and I’m almost 6 decades old! Kate met me with a smile, she surveyed my needs, I told her my budget and she walked me to a mattress that was perfect. The mattress met every requirement with the exception of my budget. I realized at that moment that God placed me at this location for a reason. Kate and I shared our personal stories about the necessity of a good night’s sleep. We even had a few chuckles about our family’s concern for the volume of our snoring. I asked her if she would provide me a quote as I proceeded to feel every mattress in the store. Nothing came close to the first mattress that Kate had shown me. Once she provided me the quote, I was blown by how expensive mattresses are these days. I came from an era that a mattress was under $1000. Because of Kate, the level of experience that she had in finding the perfect mattress for me and her words “I just want you to get your proper rest because I know how important it is”, I decided to spend double the amount of my budget. My experience with Kate was exceptional. Prayerfully, I will be even more satisfied when my mattress arrives in two weeks. Thank you Kate for a job well done!
