My wife and I recently purchased a King Stearns & Foster Estate PT mattress, a BT3000 King adjustable base, two sets of King bamboo sheets, and two Z-Lavender shoulder pillows from Sleep City. Our salesman, Teddy Camat, was outstanding. Before discussing products, he explained the differences between spring and foam mattresses, firmness levels, and what works best for side sleepers. Since my wife and I are both side sleepers, his guidance was invaluable and helped us make an informed decision. Teddy spent nearly four hours with us, patiently answering questions and ensuring we understood our purchase. He never rushed us and was focused on finding the right products for our needs. Along with excellent service, we saved at least $2,000 on our purchase. Teddy was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He truly made our day. Jordan was an awesome sales rep and did everything to ensure that we were provided with all of the options to purchase the best set to meet our needs. Mack was very professional, very informative, and very kind. I and a few other customers in the store came to Mattress Firm as a second option coming from a competitors closing sale and he got us and another couple to make a final sale! Impressive! He was very transparent about cost, rates, timelines, financing, delivery, literally a 10/10 salesman. He did not pressure us to select a mattress, however he DID ask us to let us consider another option as we were ready to go and it ended up being PERFECT. We mentioned back surgery and he knew exactly what mattress to grab off the testers, and it ended up being just as desirable as the mattress we wanted to leave for but with better price and warranty. I felt absolutely no shame confiding in him about my poor credit because of his demeanor and he was very informative about progressive financing. I do not have after-buyers regret which is extremely common for large purchases with me and I believe I would have if Mack did not help us find the mattress we bought!
