William was so truly caring and at the same time professional and detailed. I loved having him as my salesman. Furniture Row has a very nice selection of furniture. I haven't closed on the house I am purchasing so I haven't got the furniture that I purchased yet, but I feel confident about the delivery. I highly recommend Furniture Row.

Shopped online for weeks. Knew exactly what I wanted. Found the sofa and loveseat right away and was able to order and it will be delivered. Great service from William Hearndon.

Rushed delivery service. Careless to detail. As customer, I did not ask for mattress to be placed on frame since we were told at time of purchase that placement area needed to be cleared. It was still done by crew, most likely to cover that boards were not placed in proper alignment. Frustrating as a customer when you think you’re paying for “quality furniture and service.” If you’re considering purchasing and able to, you’re better off picking up and setting up yourself. Previously purchased a living room set and picked up after having paid for delivery, because sales person failed to let us know delivery to our location was on specific days only. We thought about picking up ourselves again but were persuaded by our second sales person to opt for delivery as the bedroom set required more setup and was supposedly heavy. Delivery crew had 3 people, were early, yet still rushed service. Overall disappointed.

Exceptional Service from Tanner and Keith! We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new leather sectional. Tanner in sales was incredibly patient and helpful. He guided us through the options, answered all our questions about the Durango modular sectional, and made the entire purchasing process feel easy and stress-free. The exceptional service continued when we picked up the order. Keith helped us with loading. He was very nice and made sure to cover the pieces with plastic before loading. Huge thanks to both Tanner and Keith for making this a smooth and positive experience! We highly recommend them.

I had been to 5 stores with no luck trying to find my Dream Bed. Almost gave up, should have went to Furniture Row first & saved myself the time & trouble. Had a wonderful experience buying a Bedroom set there! My Sales Reps, yes 2, in different departments, were very informative & friendly! Also feel like I got a Good Deal!
