I walked into Mattress Firm after a week a waking up with severe back pain and not getting quality sleep. I had no idea what type of mattress I needed, I just knew I needed a new one. Manuel welcomed me as soon as I walked in and assisted me in finding the perfect mattress and base! His knowledge about all the products in the store is vast, professional communication, and very kind. I would say he’s a sleep expert, because he didn’t just sell me a mattress…he sold me a good night’s sleep! Thank you, Manuel, I truly appreciate your help!

I was very happy with Dana and the way she explained everything about the mattress and how she made other offers to help save me money. She was very professional and I will suggest others to shop at that location and to ask for her. Also the delivery guys were right on time and exchanged out the mattresses in no time. Also they wore protective shoe covers while in my house which I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend them to make deliveries.
