Lisa was very helpful. She actually helped 3 customers at the same time and was able to help everyone with no issues. She was very patient answered all of our questions. She even followed up a few days later. Went back to purchase but she wasn't there. Tyler helped me out and knew I was coming back since Lisa provided information in case I came back. The customer service at the Westlake branch was outstanding. The two ladies were super friendly, patient and accommodating. They were also very knowledgeable about the products. This was my first time shopping at mattress firm and it won’t be my last!

What a amazing sales person tyler is. He took the time and patience, to let us try each bed to find out our comfort level. After we found the one,tyler showed us the differences in the bed base. We settled on the base with tablet. Reason it had many more features and easier to control. By the end of the sale we had sheets, the perfect pillow, warranties and all. Ms. Lisa was so very helpful. She didn't hover nor did she leave me unattended. She's a very skilled salesperson.
