Just received my mattress today and I'm very pleased with the whole process. Jade specifically was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to our requests and was patient throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Michael and Craig. I worked more directly with Michael, but Craig was also very helpful throughout the process. There was a bit of back and forth initially with the company, and Michael made sure I had all the details I needed every step of the way to redeem my warranty. He took the time to walk me through the options and explain everything clearly so I felt confident in my decision. What stood out most was how thoughtful he was in the way he approached helping me. He asked the right questions to really understand what I was looking for and made recommendations based on my needs rather than just trying to sell me something. You can tell he genuinely wants customers to leave with the right product. I just received my mattress today and couldn’t be happier with it. The whole experience felt easy and personalized, which is refreshing. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. If there are ever opportunities for recognition, awards, or raises, Michael should absolutely be considered. He is truly running that store the way great customer service should be done. I’m really grateful for the help from both Michael and Craig!!

Had a great experience working with Craig. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He never pushed us toward any brand or style but rather asked the right questions to help guide us to make our decision. The current MDW sales, and extras he was able to include, were a nice bonus on top of an already smooth experience. Highly recommend asking for Craig!

Buying a bed here was the biggest mistake we’ve made. The sales process felt rushed and predatory. We were never given proper consulting; they just wanted the sale. Since the second night, we’ve suffered from back and neck pain, and the store’s response was to stall us for weeks only to eventually tell us "no changes can be made." It’s heartbreaking to spend $4,000 on a premium product only to be treated with total indifference by a rotating door of clerks who can’t keep their stories straight. We are new selling this bed for a $3,000 loss on Marketplace just to find relief. Please, go elsewhere—your back and your wallet will thank you.

Anesha was amazing to work with. My wife and I were given multiple options that were suitable towards our needs. We appreciated her patience and her willingness to work with our budget. Even when other customers came in, she was able to be attentive to us and others. We highly recommend this location and Anesha.
