Mattress Firm Kearny Plaza Shopping Center

Courtney at Mattress Firm was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through all of my options, explaining the differences between each mattress and helping me find the one that best fit my needs. I really appreciated how attentive and kind he was throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, listened to my concerns, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine desire to help really stood out. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Courtney. He’s the kind of salesperson who truly cares about making sure you leave happy with the right choice, not just making a sale. Thank you, Courtney, for such an exceptional experience!

I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm in the Kearny Plaza Shopping Center. The salesman Courtney was amazing! He was so accommodating and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me until everything about my purchase was just right. I recommend this establishment very highly. If you’re in need of a new mattress make this your store and ask for Courtney; although I'm sure all the salespeople are topnotch!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Kearny, New Jersey. We worked with the assistant manager, Chris, when purchasing our Stearns & Foster Lux Estate mattress. We initially weren’t sure what we were looking for, but he was extremely patient and took the time to understand our needs. Chris gave excellent recommendations and explained the differences between products in a way that made the decision easy and stress free. The entire experience was seamless, and we never once felt pressured. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Our new mattress is amazing. We’re already noticing better sleep quality and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We can’t say enough good things about our experience and will definitely be back to shop for any future needs.

My salesperson was Courtney, he was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products at Mattress Firm in Kearny, NJ. We purchased a Nectar adjustable bed. We'll see how the product is when its delivered. Thanks Courtney 😊

Both of the employees working there were friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses in the store. Courtney, was very knowledgeable about the type of mattresses and what I needed as a side and back sleeper. I can't wait for my new mattress to come this weekend!!
