Rafa is the man! His knowledge on mattresses, specifically tempur pedic is unmatched. He was able to help us find the perfect mattress and adjustable base combo! He is very friendly and funny. I highly recommended you ask for him before purchasing a mattress to get the best knowledge, service, and genuine experience.

Excellent customer service! Rigoberto and Rafa both did an amazing job in showing us the many different options, and also explaining the differences in mattress and bases. Set up everything for next day delivery and removal of old bed. Will definitely ask for either of these gentlemen for assistance should we need to return to the store for any reason. I had a very positive experience. We went in one hour before closing so I was expecting to be rushed. I was not rushed, they let me feel beds and offered me pillows to get the full experience. My husband and I left within 30 mins with a purchase of a mattress. Rigo (the store manager) was helpful and honestly he was hilarious so it did make me feel more comfortable. I’m looking forward to getting my new bed on Tuesday! Can’t wait!

Rafa was awesome, knowledgeable, and easy going. I felt no pressure or awkward sales pitchy stuff. As a matter of fact he was able to help adjust the price to our budget instead of focusing on how much he could get in commission. The bed we bought was a beautyrest black that feels like it holds me like my mama did when I was a baby. I did not plan on stopping by there but I never made it to where we planned on going before stopping in because I knew the vibe, the prices and the service was not going to be beat. There were other associates who were also nice to talk to and were easy going and relatable. Thanks Mattress Firm!!!
