She was so kind, and listened to our wants and needs and budget and gave us all the information we needed to finalize our decision in purchasing a king size, firm, temperpedic matress and a bed frame for it and we couldn't be happier. I went into the store late afternoon and the sales people were pretty busy with other customers. They acknowledged me and said they would be with me soon. No problem I wasn’t in a hurry. Johnny the store Manager became free and came over to help me. He was great. Directed me to the mattress I needed and gave me a deal on the frame for being patient without asking. Great customer service. Thanks Johnny.

I asked the store salesman for a specific kind of mattress. My son was having lower back surgery the next day. Within a few minutes I left with the exact mattress and base that would be best for my son. The salesman even loaded it on my truck. Very satisfied.

I recently had a new, adjustable bedframe replaced. Rebecca was terrific to work with! They had the new bedframe here the next morning. The drivers were on time and I still can't believe how quickly and efficiently they set-up everything. It was amazing! Definitely a 10! Thank you!

I’ve gone through Johnny Carreras multiple times in the last decade and every time he’s enthusiastic help my family find what we need.
