Great small location that gets the job done. Bad warranty policies from corporate not allowing direct replacement of similar models or comparable if previous model discontinued. Instead having to pay all of the inflated prices on the similar or predecessor of discontinued models. I should be eligible to get a direct replacement instead of having to always pick a new mattress and pay the difference especially if I loved the previous model that they discontinued such as the beauty rest black C-Class was discontinued and in place of it is the series 3 pillow top. But this is a great location and they have nothing to do with the warranty policies etc. Jerry was very helpful. Great staff, great location.

We've been looking for a new mattress for a while, and Mattress Firm met our needs in quality, price and customer service. Hayward was awesome in his knowledge of the mattresses, explained the difference in quality, gave us the best possible price, and wasn't "pushy". He gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for us. It was a great experience at Mattress Firm and we will return again. Thank you.

Evan was so wonderful! He explained the differences in each mattress I tried. He explained about comfort, longevity and pricing. The mattress I went into see was good, but after trying the upgraded mattress that is the one we decided on. When I called, Evan was off but Kate was berry accommodating and said Evan would get credit. She made process very easy. What a team they have at Mattress Firm! That would be my choice!

My shopping experience was rather unique in that I knew exactly what I wanted (Sterns and Foster Estate Firm Non Pillowtop in a queen size) and so I walked in, was helped almost immediately, and finalized the sale in 15 minutes. No wasted time or attempts to upsell me. The store was clean, the staff professional, and delivery was arranged around my schedule. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had a great time choosing a new bed. My old bed is 26 years old. Katie helped me try out many beds and find the one that was the best fit for me. She was very patient and explained all the differences between their wide selection of mattresses. They had lots of specials going on, so I got many discounts and easy financing.
