Mattress Firm Zanesville

My son called excited to tell me he had bought a new bed & to tell me he had gotten a wonderful holiday deal. His girlfriend had told him about her holiday deal. I needed an electronic platform for my bed, so I could raise & lower head & feet. He suggested we meet at the Zanesville store & talk to the same person he had spoken to in Newark. He said Noah was a genuine fellow & I should talk to him. I met Noah, told him my situation, he showed me options & was very informative. I tried them out & I got exactly what I needed for a really good price. He remembered the kids from the day before & was happy to do business with "mom". We joked about our racoon issues while he painlessly got me out the door in record time with a great holiday deal. We spent more time just visiting, being human beings, than on the actual sale. I couldn't believe how fast & easy it was. He was not pushy. The store & bathroom were clean & bright. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm as an upstanding place to get your bed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Noah on several purchases in the past six months and he was a dream to work with! He is polite, friendly and professional with an understanding and knowledge of his product that you rarely encounter in retail shops these days! I appreciate all of his effort and attention to detail to make my purchases a pleasant experience. I felt comfortable and confident in his ability to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend visiting Mattress Firm in Zanesville, Ohio.

My husband and I had the absolute BEST experience at Mattress Firm today!! Noah immediately greeted us upon walking in and was so welcoming. We honestly had no intention on buying a mattress from the first stop we made, but Noah's patience, knowledge, and upbeat personality had us sold almost instantly. We tried quite a few mattresses and went back and forth a good bit. Noah was NEVER irritated or seemed to become impatient for that "possible or not" sale. After all, who usually buys from the first location checked? Anyways, if you are looking for a new mattress.. check out Mattress Firm in Zanesville! Ask for or hope you get Noah. He is incredible and you will not regret stopping in!! Thank you so much Noah!! You're the best!! 😊

Noah was awesome! He was so knowledge and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. The entire experience from start to finish was great. He didn't automatically try to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store. He listened to what we wanted and gave us excellent advice. I highly recommend seeing him for all your mattress needs!

Ethan greeted us as soon as we hit the door. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the second bed we have purchased from him and will continue to be repeat customers. It’s always nice not to be pressured into buying something. Good prices too!
