We found Mattress Outlet due to there Google reviews. Drove down from East Bradenton and wasn’t expecting much to be honest. Upon walking in was greeted by the owner/operator Darrell. We found him to be patient and professional. He listened to our needs and made a great recommendation. He was honest with delivery and provided at no cost as well as removal. His delivery men were kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Larry was great to deal with during the sale and the delivery guys where fast, efficient and very conscientious. There was no pushy sales tactics here. My bride explained to Larry what we needed for our guest room and he made suggestions that gave us the quality we needed for that room without breaking the bank. I would recommend you stop here when shopping for a new mattress and accessories.

I’m happy to review the purchasing experience. Mine was only a small purchase and I wanted to do it online but had questions as it was not a cookie cutter Amazon type purchase. I was able to get my questions quickly answered by text, was offered a fair price and a quick delivery time. I completed the transaction by phone and Larry was friendly and efficient. So far, I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

I’ve worked with Darryl each time I’ve been here and it’s been an excellent appearance. He’s knowledgeable of the products, very fair with pricing and good about any warranty claims that may arise. I would highly recommend the store and Darryl.
