Mark was amazing! I originally went to Rooms To Go and had a horrible experience, so I was a little hesitant when I started shopping again. From the moment I met Mark, he was patient, kind, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I was very particular about finding the perfect couch, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Unlike some salespeople who are only focused on making a sale, Mark took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. My new couch is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, July 1st, and I’ll come back to update this review with my delivery experience. So far, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. We had ann excellent experience with Furniture Warehouse in Bradenton, FL. We love the wide selection of furniture and very reasonable prices. Our salesman Eric Ferrazani, was the best. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We felt no pressure and he helped us select the perfect pieces for our new home. Eric followed up with us to confirm our order and notify us about the delivery of our furniture. We also knew we could contact him with and questions. The delivery was right on time. We were very impressed with the professional service given by the delivery team. We will definitely shop at this location again.

We recently moved into the area and were in need of furniture for our new home. After looking at other stores in the area and beginning to stress over having to decide on furniture, we stopped at the Furniture Warehouse and were pleasantly greeted by Gina. We explained our needs and what we were looking for. Gina was awesome. Her pleasant demeanor put us at ease and made our visit rather enjoyable. Gina was patient, helped us along the way, and made our experience a joy. We highly recommend Furniture Warehouse for anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service.

Back in February of 2026 we purchased 2 large recliners for our TV room they were delivered like the next day (really fast). The delivery guys were great I gave them a nice tip. About an hour later I noticed one arms on one was very loose, hating to be that guy I called to say something was wrong I was met with a unpleasant voice in their service department, a few weeks later a service guy came out. He said they would need to order parts, now the end of May the service lady says it’s all up to their overseas warehouse. So we went to the Bradenton store they said there’s nothing we can do for you. No returns, no cancellations it’s all up to the irritable service lady who never calls you, you call her just for a fruitless conversation. I’m very disappointed.
