The quality of product and quality of service are equal. Both are of the highest caliber, on any scale that you wish to measure them. It's easy to just say that a place is "five-star". It's difficult to say, "this is the ONLY place that I will ever shop for a bed". That goes for myself, as well as my entire family. We've been shopping there for a very long time. Pretty much as soon as they were in business. I've never had a complaint, and I've never heard any complaint from the numerous family members that utilize their service. In addition, you'll know that you're dealing with a very honest, fair, and extremely pleasant individual, anytime you walk in the store. THEY ARE THE BEST. Simple as that. I have over 3 million views on the reviews I've provided for Google maps. It will be hard to find another comment, like the one above, on my personal page. I say all of the above with conviction and confidence. (The pictures provided were taken after picking out my new bed, in West Rogers Park, upon returning to my condo. This mattress store owner allows this semitruck to deliver mattresses at 5am blocking off Sacramento Avenue. We've complained before and they simply do not care.

Great, no nonsense experience! Really helpful in talking through options for a new Queen mattress and found a perfect option for our needs and budget. They delivered the mattress quickly and up difficult apartment stairs with no problem. Glad to support this local family business!

This mattress store owner doesn't give a crap that every Thursday at 3am he has a semi truck come park in front of his business to deliver his junk mattresses. The semi trucks runs for hours waking up the entire neighborhood. Hope the business flops.
