American Mattress

Braiden was the best! He was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and didn’t pressure sell at all. He helped us purchase a queen size tempur-pedic mattress. We really appreciated his time and plan to buy another mattress from Braiden this fall for another bedroom.

Jeremy was wonderful to work with!! He explained all the different mattresses and adjustable base features several times so we could make the right choice. We are excited to receive our new bed! Thanks for the great service!

We were very pleased with our purchase experience at the American Mattress at Lawrence and Western. Jeremy was laid back and helpful. He guided us to mattresses in our price range, including floor model deals, answering questions and holding our dog while we tested products! The delivery came on the day and time promised and was ably maneuvered through our stairwell to our guest room.

I can’t say enough about my experience at American Mattress. While I was deciding which mattress I was going to purchase, I stopped in frequently to ask questions and get information. I was consistently greeted and helped by personable and knowledgeable employees. I never felt rushed or pushed toward a mattress I couldn’t afford. Instead, I was encouraged to take my time in order to make the perfect choice for me. Seriously, great customer service and the perfect new mattress-I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

Jeremy seemed to know exactly how much attention I needed. He gave good information and helped me find the mattress that’s best for me. It was no-nonsense service which is my favorite kind. UPDATED: staff didn't seem to all know the same information. Got conflicting info on how they'd tell me what time the mattress would be delivered.
