Mattress King

We spent over $4000 on a TempurPRO Adapt mattress from this "company." We were guaranteed an option to swap to a different firmness after 30 days if we were unhappy. Well, we were unfortunately unhappy. The mattress slept like a piece of concrete. We went into the store and spoke with the manager pleading for a sooner swap about a week after delivery. We were denied on our first visit citing a 30 day minimum. The Manager said she would pre-arrange our swap, and order the mattress to minimize our waiting. When my wife went back to the store on the date we could officiate the swap, we found out the mattress wasn't ordered as promised. When the sales person called the apparent owner, Lester, to plead our case, we simply asked for a prompt attention to broken promises. The person, "LESTER", was EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife via phone while in the store. This isn't the first time this person has been recognized for being less than stellar in dealing with customers. I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do believe you should do all you can to meet the needs of your customers. Without customers, you have no business. This is the second mattress we've purchased from this company, but it will definitely be our last. I would not recommend this company for future business. Proceed with great caution, and go to a more reputable location with a better customer service track record.

I highly recommend Mattress King to anyone looking to buy a new mattress! I needed a full size mattress for my daughter. I wanted a good quality mattress without spending a lot of money, and that’s exactly what I got! I tried different ones in the store, which was very helpful. I was able to feel the softness/ firmness of each one or if it was full of springs. I usually buy things online from large companies and have them shipped to my house, but the fact that I could feel the mattress that my daughter would be sleeping on before purchasing it was priceless. She loves her new bed and I won’t shop anywhere else for my next mattress.

Delivery was great! Got a call the day before with the delivery time window, as promised. Was notified of arrival 5-10 minutes before they arrived, again within the promised delivery time window. Delivery was prompt and professional.

I love my mattress. From the sales person to delivery was awesome.

It began with the Sales Manager. She was amazing. Very patient!!! Allowed my husband to keep laying on the beds to decide. Next the delivery was perfect. The guys called ahead brought the mattress in and placed it where I directed them. Experience with mattress king is a 10
