The prices are good the guy Tim is a alright dude good customer service but don’t pay for the delivery if you can pick it up yourself the delivery guy he sent dragged my mattress across the ground rip the plastic got the bed dirty they did not take no money off for that the guy was rude and when I contacted Tim the guy did not care will not do business with them again

(Hassle free knots A+) small place, but fully stocked. If you wanna purchase a mattress and get in and out in a hurry this is the place. They have all sizes. I give this place a 10/10! View on GoogleI bought a bed from them years ago and had no complaints. They saved me a lot of money, since new mattress and box springs cost an arm and a leg to begin with. Used is by far cheaper. Went back there again a month ago and bought another bed for my step-daughter, and a month later, her bedroom was full of bed bugs. The mattress or box spring must have had eggs in there somewhere. We had to spray bed bug poison all over the room and rented a carpet cleaner. I called them up and told them about it, and they said I have 90 days to return or exchange it. So, I called them this afternoon and let them know I was coming to return it. They said that they closed at 8 PM. I drove 3 hours to Maple Heights and when I got there at 6:45 PM, they were closed. The open sign was on, but the doors were locked and nobody answered when I knocked loudly. I now have to spend the night here and hope they'll be open tomorrow. Buyer beware. Used beds may carry bed bugs, or may lead to growing them. I think I'll buy new next time, even though it will hurt my wallet. It's less hassle.
View on Googlethis place is truly disgusting i stopped there to see what it was all about and i ended up purchasing a mattress for my camper the man loaded it up in my truck and i was on my way.. when i got home i pulled it out of my truck and took it out of the plastic wrapper.. the mattress was very dirty and under closer inspection there were pubic hairs all over it.. i called them up immediately and told them what i just witnessed and the man with tattoos on his neck said there is no way . they claim to be show models and the mattresses are cleaned and then sold. well i was furious and he basically told me i was out of luck.. well that didn't fly with me so as I'm putting the nasty used mattress back in the bag it came in there was a giant bed bug in the bottom of the bag dead!!! now I'm even more furious.. i put it in my truck and went up there.. when i arrived there was another guy working and i told him what i just went through.. he was really cool about it and told me i can pick out another mattress..i about lost it i told him that i didn't even want to go back in the nasty dump of a store and to give me my money back..he tried and tried to plea with me that their place is clean and sterile.. (no way in the world i would believe that statement) finally after about 20 minutes he gave me my money back and i was gone! so for what its worth i never like to bad mouth a business but in this case everything i stated is true .. spend the extra and buy a new mattress thats what i did and i am glad i did!!!
