The best shopping experience. Shopping for high ticket items is stressful, shopping for a mattress is no exception and in addition it's pretty awkward. Striking a balance as a salesperson as informative but no pushy, welcoming but genuine - that's all really tricky. Cassidy and the environment of this store did all of these to the highest standard. Cassidy's training and expertise allowed them to create a space where we could ask questions but not be pushed. The overall environment Casper has designed allows you to try the mattresses in the least awkward way possible. I didn't know it was possible but somehow Casper and Cassidy made the dreaded thing on our to-do list enjoyable. Thank you!

Customer service after purchase is awful and they do not stand up to there warranty. Run. The two mattresses we bought did not last and now they are giving us the runaround in replacement due to warranty. So far I have sent them 13 emails. They respond to all of them within 24 hours and always ask for more pictures, more measurements, and no results. Five seperate emails were requested with pictures, meaning my wife and I have had to tear the bedding off and remake the beds 5 times. The beds have more than 1 inch of sag in 6 years. It came with a ten year warranty. Run.

Well i came by to look at some mattresses for my daughter and found this gem called Casper. Met this wonderful lady name Cassidy and she was very knoledgeable and helped me to choose a best fit for my daughter. The store was super clean, and everyone greeted me with smile.

Jeffrey was a great salesperson! Explained stuff but left us to our own decision.
