Mattress Kingdom

Matt was a huge help! Came in after doing some research on their website and they had a very similar model at a great price. 0% financing available to soften the blow of a large appliance. A very pleasant experience compared to their big box competitors.

Outstanding customer service. !! Matt helped me with a telephone enquiry about a wine cooler I had seen on their website. Matt was there the next day when we went for pickup, he went above and beyond to find study cardboard, helped to cover & wrap our purchase and load it onto our truck. Our experience with Appliance factory, Silverthorne, was amazing. Kind, helpful caring professional staff. Don’t hesitate to visit this store.

We used Mattress Kingdom in Denver and had a great experience. The Silverthorne location has been hit and miss. Didn’t really get a great explanation on the delivery. We paid for delivery and install couldn’t get help with mattress only separately like promised. Fridge got even more damage in the process of delivery. Dates and times are very selective Tuesday or Thursday then you’ll find out when they are showing up, about when they are showing up.

I had a great purchase experience today, from Matt and Holly, who helped me find the right bed for my needs. They were courteous and kind and showed me all my options. They do great work here and I'm truly satisfied with my new bed. Thank you kindly!

Frank, the store manager, went above and beyond in customer service. We had a complicated order - custom panel built-in Monogram refrigerator. Frank monitored every step of the way with the special circumstances of installing this in our mountain home.
