Truly recommend Mattress Liquidators in El Paso Tx. Roger was able to help me out and gave me the best service I could’ve asked for. Was very helpful and fast to get me the best mattress and best price possible. Truly recommend don’t waste your time looking around town and come check them out!
View on GoogleWe had an amazing experience at Mattress Liquidators thanks to Isaac! He truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress that fit exactly what we needed. He was honest about pricing, let us compare online, and still gave us a fantastic deal that really was as good as it sounded. On top of that, he threw in bamboo sheets, a comforter, and pillows—such a nice bonus! Isaac even asked his boss to arrange same-day delivery for us, and he wasn’t kidding—within 30 minutes (no more than 45), the mattress was in our house and ready to use. The service, honesty, and speed were all incredible. Highly recommend asking for Isaac if you want a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely great mattress buying experience!
View on GoogleWe had a great buying experience with Joe! He helped us figure out what firmness we wanted for our new mattress then showed us a few different options at different price points. They had great variety and good prices. Completely recommended!
View on GoogleI would leave a lower review if I could. One of their sign waivers is a vocal public disturbance yelling and harassing people calling them names yelling to leave. This reflects badly on the company and is not how you should want your employees to behave. The employees behavior also affects other businesses as people do not want to be subjected to that kind of behavior.
View on GoogleFrom the moment you walk in to the store, you can tell the quality of store. Our visit was an outstanding experience, the store smells amazing, looks really clean, great view, nice music, they provide you with snacks and drinks, overall amazing, and on top of that, the customer service from Joey was amazing, he never pressure us to purchase something, he was willing to help us the whole process, and he did gave us a really great deal. We just didn't have to go anywhere else, we loved coming and make business with you!! Thank you!
