Ruben, from the moment I walked in until I left served me graciously and generously. He was so personal and had a good listening ear. He listened to my needs and gave me a good justification for a good matteress for my level 4 cancer brother, and gave me a price that was affordable for me. Thank you for your time and wonderful service. I walked out fully content with what I had bought.
View on GoogleRubin was really great helpful and knowledgeable he explained the difference between the different mattresses. He also explained the 120 love it or exchange it for equal or greater value. Also how the extended warranty worked and what it covered. The delivery guys didn’t do anything right I asked them to put the old mattress down by the curb instead they put it up on the side of the house. And somehow they put the welcome mat all down to the street. I would have to say that is the worse delivery I’ve ever gotten in my life by far. I’m really disappointed in Mattresses Firm.
View on GoogleWorse experience! Today at 5:40 pm Ruben the employee was laying down on a mattress when we walked in; we told him we are looking to buy in a couple of months but we were trying to decide which one. He complained about us wasting his time very loudly, ask us where we work and the address so he could “ go and waste our time for an hour because this is how he makes a living” and said there were better places to go on a Saturday than there. He ask what we were looking to purchase and we said a king size mattress he then proceeded to tell us NO that he was going to show us a queen because he has to get rid of them.. even though we specified that we were upgrading our bed and we need a king he still insisting that we were in the wrong. I cannot believe I choose to be loyal to this company to be treated like that. I expected more from Daniel Longoria’s employees, is truly sad to see how his employees treat people.
View on GooglePurchased a Split Temperpedic set from Adrian at Mesa and he was very polite and attentive showed us different options and pricing without overwhelming us overall a great experience. My husband and I are both very happy with our mattress set and will refer Adrian and the Mesa store to all our family and friends!!
View on GoogleThe salesmen were extremely helpful and great to work with! Definitely doing business with them again. Love my new mattress set!
