I had an excellent experience shopping here. I’m writing this review a month later than expected, but Charles has A1 customer service. Before moving into my apartment recently, I came to his store about 3 times before purchasing my Matress, and everytime I came, he was just as patient with as the first time. He gave me a thorough breakdown of each Matress and didn’t rush me into making a decision. When it came down to finally make a decision, he was favorable with the price, and made sure I was well taken care or. 10/10 experience!

Prices/quality were discussed, and I took the best decision thanks to his expertise. Delivered the same day. Quickly and hassle-free. Highly recommend

Just bought a mattress from them and hope everything goes well with this mattress because I am super excited I found this store and the service! Hope to continue coming. They are family owned and they work with the customers directly which means they do everything they can to give you excellent service and discounts. One thing I loved is how they are not pushy at all and are very kind. Every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect and is what I really loved and I hope this will be my go to store for furniture and mattresses. I believe the daughter of the owner was the one that helped me and she was very sweet from the start to end. Great service and great prices is a 5 stars for me.

I bought a mattress here with Charles and when I called back to chat with him I got hung up on. A complete 180 compared to the service I got when I was shopping in the store.
