Monserat provided excellent service and made the entire process of finding the perfect sofa and loveseat a great experience. I came in with a vision for my living room and a specific color in mind, and she took the time to really listen and understand what I was looking for. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the options until we found the exact pieces that matched my style and the look I wanted for my home. Her attention to detail and willingness to help bring my vision to life made all the difference. Thanks to Monserat, I left confident and excited about my purchase. I truly appreciate the care she put into helping me find the perfect set for my space. Highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

The best work experience. Claudia was excellent in the office, and the service she provided was outstanding. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. On the other hand, Carlos is the best salesperson anyone could ask for. He always greets us warmly and is consistently willing to help. Their professionalism and kindness made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much🙏🏽 Today I was the winner of the Tv raffle, thank you mega’s!🎉

Wow! I was blown away by Mega Furniture’s prices and selection. We made the fortunate mistake to go to 2 other well known furniture chains prior to coming here. I say fortunate because we were able to compare pricing and customer service and Mega Furniture’s is by far superior. Micah provided exceptional customer service and design suggestions. He went above and beyond helping us make selections, providing information about each piece, and giving us the best pricing. They have earned my customer loyalty for life.

We purchased a leather loveseat here today and we’re super happy with the overall experience. Micah was extremely knowledgeable about the product and we had a great experience. We will definitely be back for our future furniture needs. I highly recommend you check them out before making the purchase anywhere else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The furniture is excellent quality, the prices were fair, and the customer service was outstanding. We appreciate Micah’s professionalism and helpfulness throughout the entire experience.
