Such a great experience with the manager Renee. She was so exceptional. She answered all our questions, was so thorough in asking what we were looking for and then explaining the options. She took great care in finding out what we actually needed not merely what we incorrectly thought we wanted. Everyone’s actual needs are different. She will find what you will be happy with!

very unorganised. very slow in getting the item I ordered. sent the wrong mattress. individual handling my initial order supposedly never ordered it from the warehouse I was told. All in All it took over a month + to finally get what i wanted. I was glad to finally get it as I recently had back surgery and was anxious to get a comfortable mattress. the hiccup this time was it was delivered a week before I expected it with no phone call from the store. the young lady who finally got results was very professional and efficient. thank goodness

Renee and her husband were wonderful, the best price, and was very patient with all of our questions. Delivery was fast and professional. And it’s dog approved too! Seriously, we love the split King and all it offers. A great INVESTMENT for our health.

Going back to 2008 I had a king size King Coil firm mattress. It lasted for years but then I had to get rid of it. Moved in with my wife and in 2017 I get a firm mattress from Value City. They floor model was firmer than the mattress I bought and it broke down within 30 days. Now in 2025 I go to Mattress Firm and get an extra firm mattress. It broke down within seven days. I go to Mattress n more. the sales associate was amazing and got me into a TempurPedic Twin XL. I didn't expect this bed to perform as advertised but it did. I'm here to tell you that if you are a die hard firm mattress person, then it is worth it to go to TempurPedic. Thank you, Benjamin Flannery

Needed a mattress for a guest coming the next day. Renee helped me pick one and arranged it to be delivered the next morning, plus I got free delivery because I was referred. Great store! Was so happy.
