Mattress -n- More Clearance Outlet

I can't begin to tell you how great of an experience we had with Mattress N More! We had been to other mattress stores and the prices were way out of our budget. We went to Mattress N More expecting the same experience as other stores, but were very happy to see it was even better! We got the exact mattress we wanted, plus and adjustable frame for $1,000 less than the other stores. We bought a memory foam mattress from the Sandman Company. Now, we did experience an unfortunate problem with the base. We had the bed for about 3 weeks and it suddenly got stuck in the upright seated position. It was a Friday night around 7:30. I called the store for help after trying everything in the manual and the store had closed. I didn't leave a message and just planned to call in the morning. I received a call back about 10 minutes late asking if I had called. She reached out to the bedframe rep and was able to help me get the bed flat again within about 30 minutes! The next day a new frame was delivered. To make up for the inconvience I experienced, Mattress N More upgraded my frame to a model with more amenities! It was more than was needed, but so appreciated. Long story short - customer service was absolutely amazing, cost better than anywhere else, bed is most comfortable ever!
