Mattress Now - Garner Store

We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Now, thanks to Rodolfo! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we compared different options. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs. We purchased a split king mattress with an adjustable base, and we couldn’t be happier with both the comfort and the great price. Rodolfo made the whole process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, ask for Rodolfo at Mattress Now you won’t be disappointed!

Our mattress buying experience was flawless. Sarah who helped us was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and had an answer for all our questions. This is our 2nd mattress from Mattress Bow and the 1st one lasted us 12 years. If you’re looking for a quality mattress at affordable pricing, go see Sarah! Delivery was great too. They called beforehand and showed up and brought the. Remove in and took the old one out. We will be going back there after another 10-12 years when we need to replace this one.

Came here because they are the only store I found that carried the Helix mattresses, which I wanted to try. They also carry brands I had heard about but couldn’t find anywhere else (Saatva, Brooklyn Bedding to name two). The sales people in the store were friendly, patient, and let me try any mattress for as long as I wanted. They didn’t hover, which was awesome. I ended up getting a Helix. After a couple of weeks, I’m happy with my choice. There is peace of mind knowing I can swap the mattress if I want to. They delivered to my house, which was about an hour’s drive, and they set it up for me. Delivery fee was super reasonable. Overall, very happy with buying from Mattress Now and I recommend them as a store to visit if you are looking for a new mattress.

My Review for Mattress Now, I had an outstanding experience purchasing my mattress from Mattress Now, all thanks to Rudy!! Rudy was incredibly patient while helping me choose the perfect mattress. He never rushed me and focused entirely on helping me make the right decision. When I had questions after delivery, Rudy personally called me to go over everything. If you are looking for a new bed, go see Rudy. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers! customer satisfaction did not stop at the cash register.

We had a great experience at Mattress Now in Garner. We went in thinking we wanted a Brooklyn bed; but after getting to try them out it was between Wink and Helix. We ended up choosing Helix and we love it. They have all the Internet beds to try out and Rodolfo (Rudy) was a great help explaining all differences. After research, I think we got our bed over $100 cheaper than Internet pricing and took it right with us. Thank you Rudy!
