It is a cardinal sin to purchase a mattress with zero protection on whether or not it works for you. DO NOT buy junk from this place - I purchased their “best seller” orthopedic luxury firm and it is firm in the wrong places, and sags in the wrong places. Sleeping on your back? You will kill your lower back because the bed can fold hamburger style BY DESIGN, sleeping on your side? You will wake up with a numb shoulder and sore hips thanks to that ingenious center design and cost cutting on padding. Not happy? Get ready to lose 25 percent of your money and then you get to pay for a new cruddy bed. DON’T DO IT

We were so impressed w/ his in-dept knowledge of all the products on the floor... starting f/ the manufacturing process to completed product. Andre was so friendly and patient w/ all my questions and I had a lot... no hesitation; just clear, concise, and friendly customer service. Thank you, Andre! You are a GEM! P.S I bought one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever owned....it's latex and I LOVE IT!
View on GoogleWhatever they are paying Andre is not enough. We bought a mattress last summer and he was so helpful and made the process easy. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and listened to what we said we wanted and showed us that exactly. He set us up for delivery, that went well, and the mattress is great quality. He also gave us a lot of information about care of the mattress which we appreciated.
View on GoogleVery pleasant experience. No pressure to purchase. They let me try all the mattresses II needed to. Said when I decided to let them know and then they could help. That they aren’t there to pressure customers. I chose my mattress and am very pleased with The Mattress Factory. Sales people are great. I will get mine next week.
