Mattress Outlet-Arroyo Grande

I can’t say enough good things about Brandy and Tony. My family has purchased all of our mattresses from them, and we’ll continue to buy all our future mattresses here as well. Brandy is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions without ever being pushy — which makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable as a customer. Tony has delivered every order for us and is just as kind, professional, and efficient. They make a great team, and it’s always a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend!

I'm really happy with my experience with Mattress Outlet. We purchased a new mattress and bedframe about a month ago. It arrived within two weeks (right on schedule). They delivered and assembled the frame for us, and we've been happy with the purchase. Shopping there was no frills but great customer service. It was so nice to go into a brick and mortar store, try mattresses, and buy with confidence. We stopped by other local stores, and this one had the most straightforward advice on what kind of mattress to buy. I never felt like they were trying to upsell. Just go here and buy your mattress.

Dang it, if these aren’t the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with I don’t know who is. Every time we come in to rent a truck, everybody goes above and beyond to give us the best price and real human experience. I love that they remember my name and asked how I am enjoying the mattress that I got from them. And I just found out that they sell furniture too! Beyond impressed with this local shop. You just can’t get this type of hands-on attention!

We just got back from helping my mother in law pick out a new adjustable bed. Highly recommend shopping here. Brandy was so sweet and helpful and very patient showing us different options and made shopping for a new bed fun! The prices were reasonable as well. My husband and I will be back to get a new adjustable bed for us next!
