I had the good fortune to buy a new leather reclining chair and a mattress/box spring set from R & R and could be more pleased with the experience. Our salesman was Ian and fortunately we listened to his advice on the mattress and both a set with dual individual controls. The staff scheduled the delivery and the delivery crew made sure we knew how to operate everything. Very satisfied.

From the 2 salespersons we had(Ian and can't remember the other salesperson's name) to ordering the furniture with Ian, to the delivery, everything went like clockwork. Ian was very patient with us and helped us pick out just the right 2 La-Z-Boy recliners that my wife had in mind when we started shopping for them. They said it would be about 8-12 weeks, and it was closer to 8 weeks. The delivery was also a good experience. Alex and Jaun were right on time, introduced themselves, and explained everything to us, every step of the way. They were very clean and professional looking, which sometimes isn't the case with deliveries. We are very happy with the purchase. All in all, I will definitely go back to R & R Furniture for any of my furniture or mattress needs in future. Kevin Liguore

She was there for me to see through the delivery and to make sure that all of the furniture arrived as promised I would not have bought in my Furniture if it was not for her I’ve also had the pleasure to work with Alberto and Juan, who have been delivering items to my house over the last six months. They are gracious and kind and so fun to be around. Always smiling and great conversations. If I were an owner, I would do everything in my power to make sure that these three employees are always employed at R&R furniture.
