View on GooglePhenomenal customer service. Amazing deals on already competitive prices. Tad and Chloe made the experience of buying a house full of new mattresses a breeze. They were very knowledgeable about the products and were patient with my indecision. Tad went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible and Chloe was right there alongside him helping along the way. They were even understanding about me having to bring my two small children along. I felt like I was a very valued customer. I am glad I had the opportunity to support this business. I’d recommend them to anyone in the market for a new mattress!
View on GoogleI went here a week ago not sure whether or not I was going to buy a couch that day. My husband and I had a set budget we wanted to stay within. I had been here a couple times to check out what they had and found one couch that I really liked but we didn't want to purchase just then. Tad was polite, kind and awesome every time I visited and so I kept coming back each time! He worked with us on our budget, was not pushy, gladly gave me a good visual of other couches they did not have in their store at the time, gave me time to speak to my husband over the phone and I bought the couch that day! We bought a sectional and Tad had to order our couch in as we needed it to face a different way. We received it a week later and the guys that delivered it were quick, efficient, polite and just generally awesome! I definitely recommend Mattress Outlet & Furniture and we will come back here for any other furniture needs we might have in the future. Thank you all so much again for your help and you have certainly earned all 5 stars!!
View on GoogleI purchased from these guys a few times when furnishing my home. Prices were good and my furniture was delivered when they told me it would be. After my living room furniture was delivered I decided I didn't like it and they allowed me to exchange it with no hassle. But my best experience with them was when another rustic furniture store in the area sold me a broken piece of furniture and refused to help me get it fixed, Mattress Outlet went out of their way to contact the furniture manufacturer and had them send me the replacement part I needed. Ill use these guys again when im in the market.
View on GoogleSpent $5,300 2 weeks ago, my furniture was supposed to be delivered within a week, a week goes by and nothing, then it was promised to be delivered Friday, but their “truck broke down” (funny because I see other reviews of customers getting their orders delivered while said truck is broken)... next my furniture was promised today, 1st thing, and no one will contact me back... so I need to get an attorney involved? This is a lot of money, my order should have been here when promised! I would like a refund at this point, because it is apparent that this company DOES NOT care about their customers!!!
