Mattress Outlet Store chicago

I saw a bedroom set in the store and purchased for my son. Love the finish and good quality of the furniture. Excellent customer service and quick delivery. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I stepped into Layana Furniture after a somewhat frustrating moving day. I hadn't really planned on buying anything that day but I needed to start looking for a new couch. Hassan (general manager) showed me several sleeper sofas both in the store and in their catalog. He took the time to fold out each couch so I could test it out. I ended up getting an AWESOME deal on a beautiful couch and paid much less than I would have for anything similar that I scouted online. Here's the best part: I purchased the couch right before closing time on a Wednesday evening. I asked if there was any possibility of having it delivered same day and Hassan explained that he would try, but that most likely it would have to be the next day. Completely understandable considering it was so close to closing time for him. 2 hours later as I'm cleaning and organizing boxes in my new place and I get a call from Hassan letting me know that my couch is on the way and would be arriving in a few minutes!!! Excellent customer service. Excellent deal on my couch and he pulled through with same day delivery even though it was well after hours. You're the man, Hassan!
