Mattress Planet

The store is very clean and the service is incredible. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. They really encourage customers to lay down and try out the mattresses before purchasing (they also clean after every customer). I was very impressed with the pro-smart bed frame that has a ton of features that help deliver a better night's sleep including snore adjustment, massage, adjustable herz vibration and more. When I'm ready to invest in better sleep, I will be back.

The owner is a good man he is honest guy that doesn't try to sell you the highest price thing he has he tries to find you the wright mattress that is good for you and it doesn't matter if it's the lowest price in the store as long as it wright for you. This store was able to turn a bad experience into a happy ending! Long story short I ordered a bed frame from a furniture store back in 9/21. I never received my bed and was told they didn't know if it would ever be available. Finally I got tired of waiting and started to research other stores that may have this bed. Luckily Mattress Planet had the bed. This is a great team of people with excellent customer service. They stayed in contact with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Also they were very nice to deliver and assemble the bed. We live in Pelham, AL. Talking about great customer service!! What the furniture company couldn't do in 6 months Mattress Planet was able to do in a few weeks. We are so grateful to finally have our bed. I highly recommend them!

Eric and his staff were amazing. I called and explained my situation to Eric, that I had a 3 year old mattress that the company wouldn’t stand behind the manufacturer warranty. I then went in and was greeted right away. Eric showed me what he had and allowed me to pick out something based on what I thought I wanted. Big mistake on my part. Switching from a plush to a memory foam mattress didn’t work. The mattress I picked hurt my back, so I emailed Eric in panic and asked can we exchange it. I hadn’t even had the other mattress 24 hours. He said of course you can. So I went in and paid the difference between the tempurpedic memory foam mattress and Got the Sealy Gel foam mattress. They delivered it within hours. Let me tell you that mattress is the best I’ve ever slept on. It’s soft and comfortable. My husband and I are both very happy with Eric and our experience with Mattress Planet. We highly recommend Eric. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

If you are looking for old-fashioned, customer service, and attention to detail, this is the place to go. My experience with Mattress Planet was perfect. Eric, the owner, helped us choose a mattress that was right for us, explaining that if it wasn’t perfect, it could be exchanged for one that was. Additionally, when the mattress was delivered, DJ and Jason helped get the mattress placed exactly as we wanted and took away our old mattress. This is a great customer service-based operation and you should shop here!
