I dislike having to write a bad review because we didn’t have any interaction with the owner and I’m sure he or she’s a nice person. But after 5 years I can say we still have the worst bed. I don’t think I’ve ever had one good night sleep on this bed after spending $6k. We had multiple visits to the store when they used to have a spot down in Boise just to make sure this was a good fit for us and I knew in my gut it wasn’t but did it anyway. It must of been one hell of a salesmen, that and they were running a special. My in laws wanted a mattress and they were running like a 2 for 1 deal. I remember consistently asking if this bed ran hot and he kept assuring me it didn’t. Well sir, after 5 years I can say it sure does. After a year of testing this dumb mattress we decided to put even more money into it because I felt it just wasn’t right so we purchased a stupid mattress topper from them as well. That was even worse. It was like a sponge and way too soft. They only had three options to choose from for this mattress, soft, medium or hard. And honestly the soft is way too soft, medium had felt ok but has never felt good enough for a good nights sleep. I think what sold me was him saying it was “not toxic” or whatever but if I could go back I’d never walk into this place and search somewhere else for an actual non toxic mattress.

View on GoogleWe had an excellent experience here with both Abel and Bob, the co-owners. They are very low-pressure and also knowledgeable, encouraging customers to try all mattress options and pick what is best for their body. It took me a long time! I had to make a couple of trips to try out beds and ask questions. Both were very patient and helpful. It was such a good experience that we went back to buy (Casper Snow) and took my brother and my parents who also needed mattresses. Prices are very reasonable and the service is just outstanding. Check it out!
View on GoogleThese people are manipulative, deceitful and typical "lie, cheat, steal, get the order" sales people. From the day my new mattress was delivered I told them it was faulty, breaking down, and not supportive. They would do nothing, offered to put a topper on it. Documented only half of our conversations. 4 years later after trying everything under the sun to make this mattress work, I'm finally forced into filing a warranty with the manufacturer. That was what they wanted in the first place they wanted nothing to do with helping when it was breaking down right from the beginning. Then during conversations after 4 years, they said oh blue sleep will be good they've done this many times before. Seriously then why wasn't it dealt with right from the beginning on delivery. Buyer beware, run there are a lot of other reputable supportive and honest mattress dealers in this valley. They don't deserve a rating above zero or minus 10. Unfortunately I had to hit one star in order to get this to post. When I tried to call the numbers on the bottom of their invoice, one is a dating service, one is out of service, and the other one I didn't recognize. That should tell you something.

After doing some research and visiting a few stores, I finally had a better idea of what I wanted. When I visited Mattress RX, I was helped by Abel. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a mattress and answered all my questions clearly. I told him I’d think about it in case I found another option on sale, but honestly, the price for the mattress he recommended was very fair. I ended up purchasing the Ortho 600 PL in medium firm, and I’m so glad I did. The team delivered it to my home, set it up on my bed frame, and even offered to haul away an old mattress if I had one. I didn’t need that service, but I appreciated the offer. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my new mattress—it’s extremely comfortable and just what I was looking for.
