We came in looking for the perfect pillows. We already have a great mattress and adjustable base, but we hadn’t quite figured out the right pillow setup yet.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away and felt genuinely helped—not pressured. Scott and the team took the time to walk us through the different options and explain how everything works together as a complete sleep system. We learned a lot and felt confident in our decision by the time we left.
The whole experience was easy, informative, and honestly better than expected. Scott and the team were great—professional, patient, and focused on helping us find what actually worked for us.
Highly recommend if you’re serious about improving your sleep !

Tonya and Scott made all the difference!
We had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm Nampa thanks to Tonya and Scott. From the moment we walked in, Tonya was incredibly helpful and kind without being the least bit pushy. She gave us all the information we needed and then gave us space to browse and figure out what we actually preferred—no pressure, no jumping straight into payment talk.
We actually left to check out a few other stores, including Ashley Furniture, and the difference was night and day. The salespeople there were pushy and irritating, clearly just trying to hit their quota. It made us appreciate Tonya’s approach even more, so we headed right back to Mattress Firm.
When we returned, Scott seamlessly picked up where Tonya left off. He was beyond helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
This team genuinely cares about helping you find what’s right for you rather than just making a sale. Great people, fun atmosphere, and an all-around fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend Mattress Firm Nampa to anyone!

Tonya was extremely pleasant to work with. Great customer service, listened to what we wanted and directed us to just those options. Went above and beyond for delivery and set up since shipping was delayed. Quick process and followed up like she promised. Definitely earned us in the future as repeat customers. Go see Tonya for all your Mattress needs, you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful experience with Tanya in choosing replacement mattresses for our bed. She won us over with her great customer service, knowledge of product, and person-ability. She listened to our need and filled our need without trying to oversell.

Our salesman Scott in Nampa, ID was great. He got us fitted for a mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the type of mattress that would suit us best, by the position in which we sleep.
We found one we liked and I even added a terrific pillow to our order. The transaction was super smooth.
The reason for the 4 stars is the delivery transaction. Scott had told us for $50, we could have our new mattress brought inside, set up & have our old mattress taken away. We agreed to that charge. When the 2 delivery men delivered the mattress, they brought it to the front door, and started to walk away to leave. My husband (who had been outside with them the entire time) asked about them bringing it inside, setting it up, etc. They said it wasn’t on their orders. My husband told them we paid the $50 to have it set up and the old mattress removed. One of the delivery men called their supervisor, stated again it wasn’t on their orders and said, “someone lied to you” and began to leave. As they were driving out of the driveway, I called Scott. He did forget to charge us the $50. He was very apologetic. Mistakes happen, I understand that. I should have double checked our receipt. However, I think that process could have been handled more professionally. The delivery men could have asked to see our receipt (maybe the work order they received was incorrect), they could have asked us to call our salesman to see if there was an issue. Instead of calling their supervisor, stating “someone lied to you” and leaving. I just thought it could have been handled better.
