I bought a matress there only 3 weeks ago. The blue lagoon serta firm. It's already sinking in an inch near seams. I have thoracic scoliosis and sacroiliac joint disfunction.I told Jason that my physical therapist and Dr said I need to be sleeping on a firmer mattress. So I bought The blue lagoon serta firm mattress. It felt really good and supportive the first 2 weeks. In the hip area.Then all of a sudden it felt like my hip where my sacroiliac joint disfunction is located started hurting. I put a broom handle and I measured the area were my hip lays on and it looks like it already sinks in about an inch. I told Jason about it and since it not an inch and a half the warranty would not cover it. I weigh on 120lbs. So there should not be any body impressions in 3 weeks on a firm mattress...So I also told Jason that I was looking for a firm mattress. He sold this one to me. But later I looked up the coil gauge and found out it's a 14.75 gauge coil.. Which is more of a medium or soft mattress support. I'm on disabilty. This is un except able. I just have to live in this pain tell I can afford another mattress. Very frustrating. I'm exhausted and tiered...I do believe in Jesus. So I forgive these people but I felt like I needed to share my experience with others so this don't happen again to the poor and needy. Very unfortunate. So its 1 mounth after sleeping on my new mattress. Jason came out as the serta representative..not sure how to update but. He did come out today It is Oct 16th..I seen a visable dip in it. So Jason did want to rotate mattress and I guess when He moved the matress around it might have fluffed up the materials temporarily iguess. because the dip went away temporarily. All I know i was not in any pain the first two weeks before materials in mattress began to soften. So he wanted to check the foundation. . The mattress sits on a platform medal and in between matrees and platform it has plywood in between it. So this should be a good foundation. The only thing is I had to buy plywood n sections. because they did not sail it in one piece 60×80. But the place or section.where I slept was laying on a solid piece of Underbeath the mattress. He said because I bought the plywood in sections it could have caused the visable dip. But where the visible Dip was at around my hip area it was under one solid piece of plywood. So this still does not make since to me. A 14.75 gauge is still considered medium or soft but it's sold as firm. especially for someone who has sacroiliac joint disfunction and thoracic scoliosis. The sacroiliac joint disfunction causes pain in my hip if its too soft it will cause me pain my hip area or sacroiliac joint area this is where I notice it not as supportive enough anymore causeing me pain. The dip was visable in hip or sacroiliac joint area only where i lay at for 1 mounth. He did rotate it.. so hopefully I will sleep more aligned tonight on the part i never slept in yet. Update one day later it's October 17.i slept ok last night where jason rotated mattress on the section that has never been used yet. The only problem is that I had to add some padding on the end of bed where my leg lays. the same place where the visible Dip was at. So to keep my body more even while I layed on my back. I added some padding to keep my legs from sinking into mattress so much. Anyways Jason did mention me buy a wire foundation that serta sales but the only problem with this is that you have to replace this every few years. My goal is to try and find a solid piece of wood to go on my medal plattform so it will belike sleeping on the floor. As I said before I'm on disabilty so i cant afford to keep replacing wire foundation

This is my 3rd purchase with the owner. Ive always been happy with the beds and he is very helpful and listens to what I need and what I am looking for
