Mattresses Plus More

I got the King Midnight Ice 3.0 by Mlily. Im a 30yr Man and my whole life I had never invested in a high quality mattress and really needed to make a change in my sleep health. Craig Edmonds was there to greet me at the door and was very inquisitive and helped me find what I needed right away with my sleep preferences. Craig was very transparent with the prices compared to the online and markets out there and was honestly one of the most authentic human experiences iv had with a Salesman. I actually enjoyed my time there. But the most important thing I got one of the best deals for a luxury mattress and accessories you can possibly imagine. I have a mattress I’m extremely proud of and thanks to my guy Craig I got home with one of the best mattress on the market.

After checking a few places, we decided to go with Craig! His prices and all around service were the best in town! Thanks again Craig, we will be sending friends and family!

Craig Edmonds worked with us. Gave us an amazing deal. Will definitely be coming back and telling other about this store

Amazing experience! Craig is very personable, kind, listens to what you want. Definetly will use him in the future.

I visited this mattress store multiple times and specifically researched the Puffy comfort guarantee that the sales staff repeatedly assured me would protect my purchase. Based on those assurances, I purchased a high end mattress. At no point during the sales process was I informed that purchasing the mattress through this store instead of directly through Puffy’s website would make me ineligible for Puffy’s money-back guarantee. I only learned this after discovering the mattress was not a good fit for me. When I contacted the store, I was told my only options were store credit or exchanging for another mattress. Unfortunately, there were no other mattresses available that interested me. Had I known that the Puffy money-back guarantee would not apply to my purchase, I would have made a different decision. I am now stuck with a mattress that does not work for me and feel the limitations of the return policy should have been clearly disclosed before the sale.
