I picked Mattress Bros at random; I liked the vibe of the name (yo!). Walked into the store where I was met by Juan, who could NOT have been more helpful.They stock/sell virtually every kind of mattress; and all I know about mattresses is whatever the most recent mattress commercial told me. The last time I bought a mattress, the process was studied and professional and stiff...THIS time, it was neighborly and professional. He helped me pick the best frame for my budget and gave me some great advice on mattresses (which I am buying from Mattress Bros next month). Delivery was The Best. I got a call from Roberto at 30 minutes out, then again as they pulled up out front. Roberto and Jacob are quintessential ambassadors. (Sometimes, you know, the vibe makes all the difference.) Chatty and friendly without letting conversation slow the process; these two went right to it. They worked as a great team...and when logistical problems arose, just handled and solved without missing a beat. I could not be happier. Do NOT shop online. Get yourself to Mattress Bros and have the Full Experience.

We needed a RV King mattress for our destination trailer where we spend 5-6 months a year. Daniel, at the Palm Springs store, showed me the various types that can be custom made in the RV King. I tested each of them and ordered the “Dawn” Helix. The young man who delivered it had our old mattress out in no time, brought in our new Helix and had it set up in just a few minutes. We are thrilled with our new Helix!
