Chapter Two Although, I am still sleeping on a "temporary mattress." It is a comfortable enough prototype of what is to follow. That being said, I must say the reason I am now so patiently waiting for my forever mattress, has solely to do with the expert handling of this matter by Rosa herself. She has bent over backwards to make things right. But, most importantly to me, she has gone above and beyond to make things FEEL better. She has proven that "professional" can also be kind, considerate and honest. Thank you Rosa for keeping your word by honoring your commitment to excellent customer service. Chapter One There have been a few hiccups on this pathway.. Full disclosure is not the problem Rosa.. I am not blaming you personally. This is a professional review. Pandemic or no pandemic I am not feeling so comfortable with the expense vs. results. So, I stand with "I am keeping my fingers crossed, awaiting the same excellence others have experienced and shared." 🤞🏽
