Mattress Town

My daughter needed a new mattress and we were looking for a discount store. This store just opened less than a month ago by our house so we figured we would give it a try . The selection was good and the prices were aggressive. The sales associate knew more than I expected and we were really happy with the service and delivery so we decided to do this review. However, I was quite surprised when we saw they had a 1 star review. The store hasn’t even been open that long. I think someone mistakenly miss reviewed this store. I can concur that our service level has been spectacular and we did receive our product on time. I hope others have the same experience we did. I hope this review helps those looking for a good discounter to buy from.

I have furnished 2 rooms in my new home with Mattress Town. I got an electric bed and a L shaped reclining couch and I love both or them real bad!! The bed vibrates!!! and has lights under the bed. I literally cannot sleep now without the vibrate setting!! Zero Gravity is awesome too. We just got the couch and so far amazing. For the 1st time our whole family can sit in the living room and watch TV. Thanks Mattress Town!! Ask for Steve he help us navigate our purchase, answered every call and was just amazing. THANKS STEVE!! I highly recommend!!

I had the wonderful opportunity to purchase a mattress from Mattress Town. The knowledge and customer service was unparalleled. Steve went out of his way to make sure that I got the perfect mattress. I wouldn't dream of shopping for a mattress anywhere else. Thank you for my wonderful sleep.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the BEST experience thanks to Max ! He really took the time to listen to what I needed comfort, support, and guided me to the perfect choice without any pressure. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Made the whole process easy, highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this mattress store. The salesperson was pushy and more focused on upselling than actually helping me find the right mattress. After finally choosing one, I was told it would be delivered within a week—but it ended up taking nearly a month, with zero communication unless I called them myself. When the mattress finally arrived, it was the wrong model! And getting a refund or exchange has been a nightmare—unhelpful staff, long wait times, and no accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else
